She tells him she doesn't have to worry because there won't be someone as careless as her and that it takes two to make an accident. With my term paper on Fitzgerald’s color symbolism in The Great Gatsby I want to show the different uses of colors and the way color influences a scene subliminal.

He uses colors to communicate to the reader feelings and attitudes of the protagonists. Everytime a car is around the people seem irresponsible and carefree. There are a lot of cars seen in this chapter. When reading chapter 3, I could not find information for most of our main symbols because they weren't mentioned.
